Brittaney Berendsen, RD

My practice focuses on decluttering your mind of all the nutrition misinformation that you have been exposed to and helping you to rebuild your knowledge with evidence based information. I centre my nutrition interventions around making individualized lasting lifestyle changes that are both relevant and enjoyable. You will become reacquainted with your body’s physiological response to hunger and fullness as well as your thoughts and feelings towards food. Together, we will uncover your nutrition goals and any barriers that you may face. I will guide you by providing the necessary tools to reach your goals and assist you in developing an individualized plan for implementation. I employ a candid, motivational, strengths-based and food inclusive approach to nutrition therapy.

Sydney Withers, RD

My practice focuses on building habits that are lifelong and helping clients develop a critical lens when discerning nutrition information. As Ellyn Satter says, “When the joy goes out of eating, nutrition suffers”. This is a guiding star for my practice as I take the passenger seat and assist you in making sustainable and enjoyable changes. I will work with you to identify your health goals and build an action plan to achieve these outcomes. Your plan will be tailored, flexible, evidence- informed, and include strategies to overcome challenges, improve your relationship with food, manage health conditions and achieve food adequacy. I employ a motivational, strengths-based approach to nutrition therapy.
