Talk about a super easy and delish breakfast!

Yield: 2 mini breakfast pizzas


Ingredients:

  • 2 mini whole wheat nann rounds
  • 1 x 100g container salted caramel smooth cottage cheese (I LOVE @gayleafoodscoop smooth cottage cheese, all of the flavours are delish and so high in protein!)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp pecans
  • 2 tbsp melted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

Directions:

  1. Toast mini nann rounds in toaster. Spread some salted caramel smooth cottage cheese on nann rounds.
  2. Top with sliced banana, coconut, chocolate chips, pecans and hemp hearts. Drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy!
