Talk about a super easy and delish breakfast!
Yield: 2 mini breakfast pizzas
- 2 mini whole wheat nann rounds
- 1 x 100g container salted caramel smooth cottage cheese (I LOVE @gayleafoodscoop smooth cottage cheese, all of the flavours are delish and so high in protein!)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp pecans
- 2 tbsp melted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- Toast mini nann rounds in toaster. Spread some salted caramel smooth cottage cheese on nann rounds.
- Top with sliced banana, coconut, chocolate chips, pecans and hemp hearts. Drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy!
