Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl! Looking for a #delicious sweet n’ savoury breakfast? Look no further!

Also featuring Britt’s favourite plant, Morty the Monstera aka. Swiss Cheese Plant.


Yield: 2 breakfast bowls.


  • 1 large sweet potato (with or without skin), cut into chunks and boiled until tender, water drained
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk


  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granola or oats
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 5 dates, chopped
  • 3 tbsp almond butter


  1. In a large bowl mash sweet potato. Add butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk, stir until smooth.
  2. Portion into 2 bowls and top with toppings/ drizzle with almond butter. Enjoy!
